1. Services Covered
Safexserver provides only the following services:
- Web Hosting (Shared / Business / WordPress)
- Reseller Hosting (Non-refundable)
No other hosting services are offered directly by Safexserver. Domain services, where available, are governed by third-party registry rules and are non-refundable. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of Safexserver.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Any activity performed under your account is considered authorized by you.
- Safexserver is not responsible for losses caused by compromised passwords or user negligence.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or phishing
- Malware, hacking tools, or illegal software
- Child sexual abuse content (CSAM)
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Any activity prohibited under Indian law
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
4. Resource Usage & Fair Use
- Hosting plans are subject to fair usage policies.
- Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or inode usage impacting server stability may result in temporary limitation or suspension.
- "Unlimited" features are governed by fair usage and are not intended for abuse.
5. Suspension & Termination
Safexserver reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Abuse complaints are received
- Non-payment or chargebacks occur
- Law enforcement requests are received
Suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
6. Payments & Renewals
- All services are prepaid.
- Hosting renewals must be paid before the due date.
- Failure to renew may result in suspension or data removal.
- Safexserver does not guarantee data recovery after suspension.
7. Refund Policy Reference
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to Web Hosting services. Reseller Hosting and Domain services are strictly non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Safexserver is not liable for:
- Data loss (users must maintain their own backups)
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
9. Changes to Terms
Safexserver may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
